What conditions are treated at your clinic?

If you cannot find your condition listed below, please reach out to admin@tdoc.com.au and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We no do not treat skin cancers, precancerous lesions, infections or provide wound care.

Skin conditions:

Acne; acne scarring; scarring; rosacea; redness; telangiectasia (dilated/broken blood vessels); melasma; sun damage; fine lines; wrinkles; skin laxity; stretch marks; benign sunspots; hypopigmentation; hair loss and thinning; itchy/dry scalp; dry skin; rough/scaly skin, eczema; dermatitis; skin fragility/wounds prevention, cosmetic skin concerns.

Oedema Conditions:

Lymphoedema (including limb, abdominal, breast and genital); lipoedema; oedema related to vascular disease, oedema-related skin changes, and oedema management for improved wound care.

Do you accept Medicare or Private Helath Insurance?

We are a private billing clinic. Medicare rebates and PHI are NOT applicable to our services.

We do offer a 10% discount off consultations and some services for pension/concession card holders. Children's rates apply for clients under 16years of age.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24hrs notice for cancellations, which gives us time to make the appointment available for another client. Cancellations within 24hrs will incur a $25 fee.

Do I need a referral?

Referrals are only required for clients currently under a doctor's care for complex health conditions such as heart failure, kidney or liver conditions, history of infections, history of cellulitis, and complex oedema to ensure client safety. A referral is not required for lipoedema concerns, lymphoedema concerns and leg health concerns.

Referrals are NOT required for Dermal Clinic consultations.

If your condition is also being managed by a doctor, surgeon or other allied health practitioner, a referral or health summary provides helpful information for our clinicians to give you the best possible care.
