With comprehensive assessment through video conferencing, it has never been more comfortable or convenient to gain clarity on your condition, and gain a plan for effective management.
Longer appointments coupled with your Pre-Assessment Questionnaire and photography allow for a better understanding of how your condition is impacting your life. The most important part of your assessment is that you walk away with a clear plan of action and strategies tailored to you.
No matter where you are in Australia, or abroad, you can access quality assessment and management of your skin, lymphatic and adipose health at an affordable price.
Whether you have a formal diagnosis, are at risk, or are concerned with symptoms of lipoedema or lymphoedema, our comprehensive assessment provides clarity and a tailored management plan.
$265. Pre-Assessment & Telehealth Video Assessment.
Lipoedema and lymphoedema are lifelong conditions which require ongoing management and monitoring. Help throughout your journey is just a video call away with ongoing review consultations.
$165. 30 min Video Consultation.
Telehealth has come a long way since the days of awkward online chats, but many clients worry about what can be achieved over a video conference. Will it be as good as sitting opposite a clinician? With proper preparation (see our pre-assessment requirements), telehealth with video conferencing can be a very effective and convenient way to access specialised lipoedema and lymphoedema assessments.
1. Pre-Assessment Checklist
The key to a great telehealth appointment is preparation. Once you have booked your assessment, you will be emailed a Pre-Assessment Checklist. This will include a photography guide and a Pre-Assessment Questionnaire. You may also undertake an optional InBody Bioimpedance Test to aid your assessment.
2. Use a device you are comfortable with
Join the video call via the secure link from your mobile phone, tablet or laptop. Ensure you have a good internet connection, good lighting, and are seated comfortably for the duration of your appointment. I recommend sitting at your kitchen table or a desk. You may be asked to walk or move during the appointment so having a space free from obstructions is ideal.
3. Attend your appointment with confidence
Be confident and attend your appointment like you would any other. Telehealth and video conferencing is just like a conversation across the table. Some clients worry that the conversation may be awkward or disjointed, or are not confident with technology. You are welcome to have a carer, friend or family member with you during the appointment to support you.

In most cases, a clinical diagnosis can be achieved through the pre-assessment, photography and consultation. Where the cause or condition is unclear or cannot be confirmed, you may be referred for further assessment, investigations or collaborative care. This can occur with both in-person and telehealth assessments.
