A 12 week transformation program like no other for women with lipoedema. A program designed to rebuild the way you live with lipoedema, starting with a personalised assessment and plan.
Join a community of women who take 12 weeks to implement their personal plans and learn how to rebuild their nutrition, movement, strategies, mindset and health. Weekly topic sessions are followed with group support sessions, designed to help you transform the way you live with lipoedema.
