Genevieve Topalov holds a Bachelor of Dermal Science from Victoria University. She is a member of the Australian Society of Dermal Clinicians (ASDC) and accredited lymphoedema practitioner with the Australasian Lymphology Association (ALA). She has participated in research to better understand the emerging field of psychodermatology in eczema management, and in advanced treatment protocols for acne scarring.

Genevieve has extensive experience with advanced therapies for both cosmetic and non-cosmetic skin conditions. She worked alongside Australia's leading cosmetic dermatologists at the Dermatology Institute of Victoria, achieving exceptional outcomes for her clients.

Developing a passion for leg health and oedema therapies, Genevieve advanced in cutaneous vascular therapy and leg health at Melbourne Vascular, Richmond. She also completed further accredited training in best practice lymphoedema care at the Oedema Institute, Clayton.

After returning to Queensland, Genevieve recognised a huge unmet need for both dermal and oedema therapies in Toowoomba and surrounding regions. She opened Toowoomba Dermal & Oedema Clinic which is the first allied-health clinic of its kind in the region.

Tiffany is a passionate Dermal Clinician bringing a broad experience across the health, beauty, and cosmetic industries in both Australia and Canada. She is dedicated to promoting ethical, evidence-based skin health practices and advocates strongly for patient education, preventative care, and collaborative approaches across health professions.

Tiffany’s commitment to continuous learning ensures she remains at the forefront of advanced skin therapies and cosmetic chemistry. What conditions are treated at your clinic?

If you cannot find your condition listed below, please reach out to admin@tdoc.com.au and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We no do not treat skin cancers, precancerous lesions, infections or provide wound care.

Skin conditions:

Acne; acne scarring; scarring; rosacea; redness; telangiectasia (dilated/broken blood vessels); melasma; sun damage; fine lines; wrinkles; skin laxity; stretch marks; benign sunspots; hypopigmentation; hair loss and thinning; itchy/dry scalp; dry skin; rough/scaly skin, eczema; dermatitis; skin fragility/wounds prevention, cosmetic skin concerns.

Oedema Conditions:

Lymphoedema (including limb, abdominal, breast and genital); lipoedema; oedema related to vascular disease, oedema-related skin changes, and oedema management for improved wound care.

Do you accept Medicare or Private Helath Insurance?

We are a private billing clinic. Medicare rebates and PHI are not applicable to our services.

We do offer a 10% discount off consultations and some services for pension/concession card holders, and children's rates apply for clients under 16years of age.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24hrs notice for cancellations, which gives us time to make the appointment available for another client. Cancellations after 24hrs will incur a $25 fee.

Do I need a referral?

Referrals are required for the Oedema Clinic consultations for clients currently under a doctor's care for complex health conditions such as diabetes, heart failure, kidney or liver conditions, history of infections, history of cellulitis, and complex oedema to ensure client safety. If in doubt, a referral is always preferred to ensure client safety.

Referrals are not required for the Dermal Clinic and clients with lipoedema, however if your conditions is also being managed by a doctor, surgeon or other allied health practitioner, a referral or health summary provides helpful information for our clinicians to give you the best possible care.
